Growing up in Colorado as an alpine ski racer Lauren built a foundation of hard work, resilience and drive to achieve. She competed at the FIS level in alpine ski racing, won multiple nation championship titles as a Team USA road cyclist, and has built several successful businesses as an Entrepreneur.

Lauren has a passion for driving sports cars, challenging herself in fitness activities, and connecting with fellow business owners and clients across many different industries.
